Description
ScanInSpec is a robust, non-contact system designed to accurately measure the condition of conveyor belts. Using Hall Effect sensor technology, it provides continuous, real- time data for proactive maintenance. All products are designed to function in harsh conditions with a wide temperature range.

Mobile Scanning
Granting flexibility and convenience, ScanInSpec systems can be deployed at any conveyor belt quickly and easily. Scan data is available immediately allowing for timely responses and action. Online processing is available allowing for web browser based viewing and sharing of results, advanced processing and access to previous scan data. The mobile scanning kit is comprised of a scanner, power/communications cable, power supply, and a laptop preloaded with the ScanInSpec App.
Permanent Scanner Install
The ScanInSpec scanner can be installed permanently on any conveyor belt allowing for remote unattended scanning. Scans of the conveyor belt can be taken on demand as per the operators requirements. ScanInSpec offers an online portal to allow web browser based remote unattended scanning of assets. Additionally, scanning can be scheduled. The permanent scanner kit is comprised of a scanner, electrical box with computer preloaded with the ScanInSpec app, and a connecting cable.
